In 1982 Geoffrey was invited by the Arts Council to produce a collection of painted ceramics for a travelling exhibition starting at Carlisle Art Gallery. The theme was Cumbrian Landscape and there were works in a range of media by various artists. There were 36 pieces in the original collection.
